FX News Foreign Exchange Widget
2008-10-20 19:28:09
A great widget showing the exchange rates of the largest currencies to Yen, plus a Euro/US Dollar exchange rate. However, minimal Japanese is necessary, for example the names of the currencies in Japanese which is mostly in Katakana. If you want a translation of each currency, just send a comment to Bloglue!

Catch A Cold Index Widget
Creative and hilarious widget! Select a region in Japan (in Japanese characters) and then click the [Check] button. The announcer steps out of the widget and then proceeds to state the Catch a Cold Index, a number from 1 to 100 with 100 being the weather most likely to give you a cold. Depending on the index number, the announcer will cough, shiver, and sneeze. Watch what happens to your blog! On the widget's web page, click on the blue button with the word [Get] on it. The code will appear. Knowing a little Japanese will make this widget a little more enjoyable, but not necessary.

Poisoner Comment Widget
A hilarious widget, but having a basic knowledge of Japanese would help. When you place this widget on your blog, a depressed, forlorn comment appears. Most of the comments are in Japanese, but the neat thing about this widget is that if you click on the bottom left link, you can add your own comments. Give it a try on Bloglue!
