This Privacy Policy makes up one part of The Company Service's Terms of Agreement, and is applicable when The User uses any of The Company Services.

In the event that The User confirms that they have the right to request the deletion, suspension of use, correction, or disclosure of their own personal information and request to do so, The Company responds promptly and without objection.

The Company assumes no liability whatsoever in the following cases regarding the acquisition of personal information by third parties.

• In the event that The User him or herself revealed personal information to a third party by using functions of The Company Services or by other means
• In the event that the User him or herself submitted their own personal information in The Company Site

The Company utilizes a technology called a Web beacon.
Web beacons are an extremely tiny image embedded in a web page used that provides access to the server for the collection of information.
The Company uses Web beacons in order to analyze browsing of The Company websites by The user (including anyone who accesses the websites) and to improve the quality of The Company Services and efficiency in the effects of advertisements.
Purposes and methods are not used that identify individuals.

In the event that The Company Services are used by Users outside Japan, the personal information and User Information entered into The Company websites will be transferred to Japan.

This Privacy Policy is applicable only to information that is collected within The Company websites, and does not apply to the handling of information that is collected by third parties on third party websites whose links exist on The Company websites.
The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever regarding the handling of information that is collected on third party websites.
When using third party websites, we recommend you to carefully read the Terms of Agreement and Privacy Policies of those sites.

There may be cases in which the Privacy Policy in part or whole is changed.
In this case, the Privacy Policy after the change is applied to the handling of User Information and personal information after the change.

• The Company appoints an administrator for the protection of personal information and implements adequate management of personal informaiton.
• The Company provides training for our administrators and employees on adequate management methods and protection of personal information, and fully ensures the adequate handling of personal information in our day-to-day business operations.

In order to fully ensure the protection of personal information, The Company has established a Personal Information Protection Compliance Program (including rules and policies outside those of this Privacy Policy), and familiarizes The Company employees and other related parties, implements, maintains, and continuously improves it.
