A great Japanese widget for those interested in the Arctic Circle and also on the effects global warming is having on the glaciers there. The widget provides a map of arctic glaciers and their movement from the past to the present. Click tab one on the bottom of the widget. The second tab is a photo gallery of images from the Arctic Circle. Great fun. And finally, the third tab is for those who can read Japanese and involves a letter from an illustrated bear child about why the glaciers are disappearing. Calling all Japanophiles... This widget displays a cute Japanese girl every day. Supposedly these are just girls found walking around town. The Japanese name of the widget can be translated like this "Today's Street Corner Princess". Hmm... And on the widget's webpage, there is also a guy version in blue.

Search professional photos on the Japanese image site, Imagenavi, with this floating gallery widget. Clicking on an image takes you to the page on Imagenavi where it is displayed. You can also search Imagenavi right from the widget. A great resource for images found only on a Japanese website. Please note however that all images on Imagenavi are done by professionals and must ultimately be purchased to be used. Go to the widget's website. Select the color of the widget in step 1. Select the type of images to be displayed in step 2 (for example, nature, people, sweets, animals, etc...). And in step 3, click on the button on the bottom left encircled in orange and the code will appear immediately.

Excellent music album widget that displays YouTube music videos based on a simple search on Japanese music search engine "Playtable". Search, click on a desired album, and the code to your widget will appear on the top right of the screen above a YouTube video. The code is not of the YouTube video, but of the videos from the album. Great, easy to set up widget. Don't let the Japanese fool you, anyone can search and use this website.
