This widget displays the 'Onigiri of the Day' from the Japanese website devoted to onigir (rice balls filled with different kinds of ingredients. Perhaps the most popular being salmon, pickled plum, and tuna fish). The widget describes what kind of Onigiri is displayed, the date, how many have been registered on the website and how many different kinds. The code is easy to spot at the bottom of the widget's webpage.

An interesting widget that provides a the time and date and more importantly displays images of recipes taken from the Japanese cooking SNS, Cookpad. To get the recipes, some Japanese is necessary, but pictures are provided. To get the code, first go to the webpage, then click on the big orange button to the left of the image of the widget. On the next page, click on one of the four radials (top left: world recipies, bottom left:gorgeous recipes, top right: quick recipes, bottom right: inspirational recipes. Then click on the big orange button below that and the code will be displayed. Happy cooking!

An uniquely Japanese widget if you've ever seen one. Click on the pickled plum and they start dropping onto your web page. Keep clicking and they keep coming. You can also move them around. After a while a huge pickled plum will appear the Japanese asking you if your mouth is drooling yet. Just click the X box to close the screen. Lots of fun. The code is easy to spot on the widget's web page.
